Shipping policy

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time Monday – Friday.
• Orders placed after hours or on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day.
• The shipping method selected at checkout is in addition to the 2-3 business day processing time.
• USPS does not provide a money-back guarantee for on-time delivery.   
• Contact the carrier for updates and questions regarding delivery or shipment.
• Should you fail to give the correct address, Evenflo Feeding is not liable or required to replace or refund. You will need to place a new order. Should your original package be returned to the warehouse, we are happy to issue a refund less shipping.
• Evenflo Feeding is not responsible for missing or stolen packages once they have been labeled “Delivered” by the carrier. Consumers must contact their local post office and/or police department for missing or stolen items. You will need to place a new order.

Free shipping on orders $60+ is only available for shipment in the US.
